Brandon’s White Pizza
Directions
Preheat oven to 430 degrees Fahrenheit.
I asked him why 430 and not 425…he said he likes the number 430 more than 425 - I promise it’s still good.
Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray.
Open the package of dough and spread it out evenly across the prepared pan.
He used his fingers to press the dough evenly from the center of the dough to the edges.
Using a fork, poke holes in the dough to allow the steam to escape while it bakes.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil and minced garlic. Using a basting brush, apply the garlic oil mixture evenly across the dough.
Spread the shredded cheeses evenly over the pan - first the mozarella, then the parmesan.
Using a spoon, drop dallops of the ricotta cheese across the pizza.
Sprinkle oregano and salt, to taste.
Pause here to prepare a second pizza or skip down to steps 9 and 10 below.
5. Pour the pizza sauce in the middle of the dough and then use the backside of a spoon to spread it evenly across the dough avoiding the edges (the crust).
6. Top with shredded mozarella cheese.
7. Sprinkle organo and salt on top of the cheese, to taste.
8. Thaw the meatballs in the microwave for 1 minute. Then cut each meatball into eight pieces (first by cutting it in half and then quarter each half).
9. Bake for 20 - 23 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted and the crust is golden brown.
Now he’s rambling about how untrustworthy our oven is.
10. Allow pizza to cool for 5 minutes and then slice with pizza wheel and serve.
**To make it especially delicious, heat up marinara sauce to dip your white pizza slices into as you enjoy.
